Our thoughts: B-effect instead of side effect
Bees use extensive patterns in their movement and discharge particular substances to make their point to other bees. They will know exacty what is meant by other bees by using antennas with hearing organs and nerves in their legs.
We as humans have more ways then bees to express our intentions and to assess those of others. Unfortunately, this often goes wrong. We misinterprete signals from others and don’t always achieve the best results with our own communication: Our communication shows side effects.
Once we are able not only to observe signals from others, but also to appreciate them in the right way and to adapt our communication effectively, we call this the B-effect.
Since 2012, B-effect Communication Skills is supporting everybody that has an interest in improving their communication skills. The major part of our courses and training sessions are conducted within an academic environment.
